O tipo de alimentação que escolhermos deve ser adequado às tarefas que efetuamos e aos resultados que queremos atingir. Tudo aquilo que fazemos no DeROSE Method visa a produção e melhor administração da energia, transpostas para todos os domínios da vida quotidiana.

Como não podia deixar de ser, as opções alimentares que fazemos são absolutamente decisivas na maximização dessa mesma energia e no subsequente desempenho que temos, seja no domínio pessoal, profissional, desportivo ou qualquer outro.

Aquilo que comemos define quem somos, não só ao nível do corpo físico, mas também emocional e até mental.

Se escolhemos comer alimentos colhidos a longas distâncias que vão amadurecendo ou entrando em putrefação entretanto, teremos uma energia semelhante àquilo que comemos.

Se optamos por alimentos excessivamente processados, armazenados há meses nas prateleiras dos supermercados, temos de entender que os índices energéticos são obviamente mais baixos do que se optarmos por, por exemplo, fruta colhida da árvore no momento.

Se por outro lado, comermos animais que viveram amedrontados em espaços exíguos e que foram mortos de forma dolorosa e/ou impactante, estaremos a ingerir essas emoções de igual forma.

Para o DeROSE Method o sistema alimentar é o ovolactovegetarianismo, aquele que se observa na Índia há milénios. Incluímos nesta dieta tudo, só retiramos qualquer tipo de carne. Ovos, lácteos, frutas, vegetais, cereais, que devem ser cozinhados de forma saborosa e criativa.

Muito embora existam sistemas alimentares que proporcionem índices de purificação maiores, com as técnicas que o DeROSE Method utiliza, no contexto de expansão da consciência, é necessária a presença de lípidos e calorias na alimentação, comburentes energéticos por excelência.
É de notar que este tipo de alimentação permite conciliar uma vida social rica, uma vez que qualquer restaurante tem opções que servem as nossas necessidades, salvo pontuais exceções ressalvadas. Este é um ponto de honra a não esquecer, tendo em conta nomeadamente a componente gregária que a alimentação tem.

De acordo com o que comemos temos mais energia e sentimo-nos melhor, mas também pensamos melhor.

Com uma alimentação adequada às nossas necessidades, com digestões mais fáceis e com um maior rendimento nutricional, observamos um aumento da energia disponível. Ao não ingerir emoções densas, observamos uma maior leveza naquilo que sentimos concomitantemente. Finalmente com o corpo físico energético e o emocional cuidados torna-se mais fácil organizar o mental.

Eis como no DeROSE Method promovemos, através da alimentação, a estabilidade de cada um dos veículos através dos quais a consciência se manifesta – corpo físico, energético, emocional e mental. Resta sublinhar que existem muitas outras técnicas para melhor atingir os resultados propostos: respiratórias, corporais, de purificação, de vocalização, de concentração e mentalização, entre outras. Todas juntas, orquestarão aquilo que promove a essência do nosso trabalho: conduzir o indivíduo à melhor versão dele próprio.
